Where is Scandal based?

Scandal is based in Los Angeles. Founded by two friends, the label brings together bold silhouettes, expressive details, and a shared passion for making women feel confident.

When will my order ship?

Orders ship in 1–3 business days. This is the time before dispatch; delivery takes additional time and varies by destination and shipping method. Free shipping is available on orders. Delivery timing and any available shipping options are confirmed at checkout.

How do I choose the right size?

Can I return it or request a size exchange?

Contact Scandal within 7 days of delivery for prior approval. Approved returns or exchanges must be shipped back within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, in original condition, and include original tags and packaging.

Customers pay return shipping unless the item is confirmed damaged or incorrect. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. Read the full return and exchange policy

Contact Scandal within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and its packaging. The team will review the issue before arranging the next step.
